If a problem is found, replacement puppy will be available (with next available litter).  Same sex as listed above, however same color is not guaranteed, and replacement will only be made if all requirements are met. Under no circumstances are refunds made.  A 200.00 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit can be made to hold your puppy until ready to go. ALL PUPPIES MUST BE PAID IN FULL BY 8 WEEKS OF AGE. ANY PUPPY THAT IS BEING SHIPPED MUST BE PAID IN FULL BY 6 WEEKS OF AGE INCLUDING SHIPPING CHARGES.

THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS MUST BE MET OR THIS CONTRACT IS NULL AND VOID

1.  The puppy must be taken to a licensed veterinarian of your choice with in 3 business days from the purchase date.

2.  If the puppy is declared to be in a life threatening condition by a practicing licensed vet within 72 hours of purchase date, a written report by the D.V.M must be submitted to the seller with in 72 hours.  The puppy must be returned to the seller at buyers expense with all registration and paper work.  If the following requirements are met a replacement puppy of the same sex and color (if available) will be given as follows, one from the current litter (if available) or one from the next expected litter.  If you choose you may upgrade to a litter of a higher price if available.  The purchase price will be credited and buyer will pay the differance between the two puppies.

3.  Seller does not guarantee against hypoglycemia or any other common problems such as diarrhea, wormy stool, coccidiosis, ear mites, external parasites,  stress due to shipping or new home.   Other minor problems are not covered under this contract and are the responsibility of the buyer.

4.  Any and all veterinarian expenses are the sole responsibilty of the buyer.

5.  All puppies are sold as pets only.  No guarantee will be given as to size, color, quality, or fertility.

6.  Puppies are susceptible to pneumonia and other infections due to cold drafts, cold tempertures, and stress from shipping, etc...They are vulnerable to viral infections including: Parvo and Corona Viruses and are not covered in this contract unless diagnosed by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of purchase.  Otherwise any and all above mentioned minor or major problems need to be checked by your D.V.M if they occur,  follow your D.V.M's advice and treatment.

7.  Completing your puppies vaccinations and annual boosters are highley advised. Puppies, as well as adult K-9s are at high risk to certain viruses and most are potentially fatal. Treatment for certain viruses (like parvo-viruses) are very expensive, as compared to keeping your puppy current on vaccinations one treatment would pay for a lifetime of vaccines and not put your pet in a life threatening situation. Failure to complete appropriate vaccinations will void this contract.

8.  Heartworm prevention is nessacery for all dogs.  Resent studies from the American Heartworm Society, state that any dog (including indoor pets) not on a heartworm preventative will become infected with heart worms at some point in their life, usually with-in the first 3 years. Heartworms are a fatal disease. Monthly prevention is very inexpensive, as treatments are very expensive and stressful on pets. Owners who do not put their pets on preventative is considered neglect, this is just as important as feeding your pet. If the said puppy is not put on heartworm prevention by 16 weeks of age this contract is null and void.

9.  Seller will not be responsible for accidents that can happen after puppy leaves seller, or during shipment by plane.

10.  Minor health problems that can be cured by medication/surgery are not covered by this guarantee.

11.  If puppy is purchased on a spay/neuter contract (limited registration) puppy must be sterilized by the appropiate age, with a written report by your D.V.M. sent back to the seller. If no report is sent by 10 months of age the puppy buyer will relinquish ownership back to the seller at buyers expense.

 11.  Seller is responsible for all conginital defects up to 12 months of age ( hip disphasia, deafness, demodectric mange, patella luxation, heart murmer, etc ) if the buyer is told of any conginital defects after 12 months of age, seller is not responsible for that defect. Seller must receive a written notice from the licensed D.V.M. Seller has the right to get a second opinion from his/her choice of veterinarian. Puppy must be returned at buyers expense to recieve replacement puppy. If buyer decides to keep the said puppy, the buyer assumes all responsibility and cost, no refund will be given.
